Todd
Wille, President, CEO & Chairman
Todd Wille rejoined Unify in October 2000 as chief
operating officer and was appointed president
and chief executive officer in November 2000,
and chairman of the board of directors in October
of 2001. Previously, he served as Unify's corporate
controller and CFO from 1995 to 1998. Prior to
rejoining Unify, Wille served as the CFO, vice
president of finance and then as senior vice president
of operations for FRx Software, based in Denver,
Colorado, where he was instrumental in guiding
the company's strategic direction and dynamic
revenue growth.

Pete
DiCorti, VP Finance & CFO
Pete DiCorti is responsible for accounting, financial
planning and analysis, human resources, order processing,
investor relations and Securities and Exchange Commission
reporting. Before joining Unify, DiCorti served
as the business development officer for JMW Capital
Partners. Prior to that, Mr. DiCorti was the vice
president and CFO of the Grass Valley Group. |

Dave
Glende, VP Strategy & CTO
Dave Glende is responsible for corporate and product
strategy for Unify, working closely with with
sales, marketing and business development to develop
and implement go-to-market strategies and work
with customers, analysts and media. Mr. Glende
has held various management positions in software
development and product management during his
16 years with the Company.

Jim
Kanir, VP WorldWide Sales and Marketing
Jim Kanir is responsible for Unify's global sales
strategy to drive revenue growth and marketing effectiveness.
Kanir most recently served as the vice president
of worldwide sales and channel relations for CrossAccess
Corporation, a provider of legacy data integration
for enterprise-wide e-business initiatives, based
in Santa Clara, Calif. |

Greg
Tsutaoka , VP Business Development
Greg Tsutaoka is responsible for expanding and developing
new market opportunities for Unify’s recently
released business application development platform,
Unify NXJ. Tsutaoka, a seasoned business development
executive, was founder and president of New Millennium
Management L.L.C. before joining Unify in March
of 2003. |

Verardi, VP Technical Services
Frank Verardi is responsible for Unify's Technical
Services organization which combines engineering,
product management and strategy, support, consulting
and training into a highly customer-centric focused
organization.

Director
- Kurt Garbe
Kurt Garbe has served as a director of the Company
since August 1999 and is currently the President
and CEO of Movaris, a provider of enterprise business
process management solutions. Mr. Garbe brings
with him more than 20 years of management experience
in the enterprise software market. In those 20
years Mr. Garbe has served as the COO for Asera,
Inc., executive vice president of field operations
for U.S. Web/CKS, vice president and general manager
of professional services at Synopsys, Inc., and
vice president and partner at Gemini Consulting.

- Tery Larrew
Tery Larrew has served in executive level positions
for established and start up technology companies.
He currently serves as the CEO for Vericept Corporation,
a provider of network-based early warning and
misuse prevention solutions, headquartered in
Englewood, Colo. In addition to joining Unify's
board of directors in May 2002, he also currently
serves on the board of directors of various technology
and services related companies.
Director – Robert Majteles
Robert Majteles joined
the board in April 2004. He is the founder of
Treehouse Capital, LLC, a firm focused on making
venture-style investments in micro-cap public
technology companies. Treehouse is a joint venture
between Mr. Majteles and Special Situations Funds,
a significant stockholder in Unify. Mr. Majteles’
career includes serving as a successful CEO for
three different high tech companies. Prior to
leading these companies, Mr. Majteles was a merchant
banker and a mergers and acquisitions attorney.
Mr. Majteles currently serves on the board of
directors of several companies including, Adept
Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of flexible
automation for the semiconductor, life sciences,
electronics and automotive industries; Artisoft,
Inc., a leading provider of software-based telephone
systems; World Heart Corporation, a medical device
company focused on the development and commercialization
of pulsatile ventricular assist devices; and BigFix,
Inc., a developer of software for automating hardware
and software maintenance.

- Steve Whiteman
Steve Whiteman has served as a director of the
Company since May 1997. Mr. Whiteman currently
serves as the President and CEO of Intesource,
an Internet-based procurement service specifically
for the food industry. From June 2000 to October
2000, Mr. Whiteman served as acting chief executive
officer and acting chief financial officer of
Unify. Previously, Mr. Whiteman served at different
times as president, chief executive officer and
director, and chairman of the board of directors
of Viasoft, Inc. ("Viasoft"), a publicly
traded software products and services company.
Mr. Whiteman is also a director of Intesource,
Actuate Corporation, and Netpro.
